“There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”  Anais Nin

Katherine Ridolfo – Counselling and Psychotherapy

Life is in full session and can be overwhelming at times! As we journey through it, it is not uncommon to experience anxiety, depression, stress and trauma along the way, that can unravel our lives in dramatic ways affecting not only us but all of our relationships and hold us back from achieving happy and fulfilling lives. I am passionate about bringing healing and life balance to my clients using a client centred, strengths based approach. My strength is in listening and building a strong therapeutic relationship with you so that we can work collaboratively to tailor therapy and develop goals that are unique to you and your issues to achieve and bring about positive changes. I am committed to the mental health and well-being of my clients. I believe that change happens at many levels but it begins with your desire to make changes in your life. With the supportive and compassionate guidance from a trained counsellor, you can realize your full potential. Let me walk your path with you to help lift the weight of life’s struggles and overcome obstacles to move forward in a calm, safe and non-judgmental environment. I am persistently optimistic about everyone’s potential on their journey to healing.
